   Been attempting to get a home visit for my 96 year old nan who has severe dementia and has been in significant pain since a recent hospital stay. We have been told twice on Mon and Tue that someone would get back to us asap and heard nothing in response! Three days without any response whatsoever ever is clearly in no way acceptable. Each time we spoke with you we have expressed the urgency and asked for some urgent support but as seems normal for this practice your response is severely lacking! To leave such a vulnerable pensioner in pain for so long is disgusting. This is completely unacceptable. A pathetic example of your surgery providing ‘care’ in the community!
