    Usually the ‘phone service ‘ works well and I see the nurses on time and easily using my mobile. Dr appointments are very different . Waited over 15 minutes and no answer to check into waiting room. Important appointment was required. No phone number or email given for contact ?? So I just wait for them to re-book blaming me for missing it?

    Telephone appointment time not kept. Instruction to use my landline number not observed. Mobile number that was used to contact me would not receive calls ("unobtainable"). The unit's direct phone line does not appear anywhere on the unit's webpage. Very shoddy service.
