   I have been trying all day to see if I could have a slightly later time for a cardiac procedure. First there was a queue of 6, so I hung up. I tried another 2 times by which time the queues had lengthened to 10 and 11 respectively. I by now decided to get in the queue and I have so far progressed to 5th in the queue and have now been on the ‘phone for 50 minutes ! This is a disgusting service.
