Review titled Great practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Chloe - Posted on 19 February 2025
I arrived today at 20:30pm the dr/nurse who saw me was very professional and explained everything the lady was lovely but didn’t catch her name, she should be proud of herself. I’ve been to cavendish court twice and both times I’ve had a very good experience and would 100% recommend.

I took my 7 year old to an respiratory appointment and the service was outstanding. Immaculately clean and the GP was a credit to the NHS. Every person that I came into contact with was helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this service.

Just been to the hospital to get my finger checked out. Can't believe I went through 3 departments in no time and had a x Ray and splint added. Fantastic service only there approx 30mins. Wow 👌

Phoned at 2pm, got appointment for 330. No wait when I got there, cheerful friendly staff, and came away with advice and prescription for my daughter who had middle ear infection. Thankyou

Review titled Couldn't be seen
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 13 May 2024
After surgery on the friday i had a wound that needed packing and dressing chnaged every 2 days so first one at the same day clinic. I rang as was told someone would call me back. 5 hrs later i rang again to be told i was still awaiting a call back (its basically he 111 system) even though i had already been assessed but the hospital and instructions were on my discharge letter. They finally rang 11 hrs later and then told me the dressings clinic has closed and they wouldn't be able to see me. Im left with a dressing leaking and peeling off in alot of discomfort. Not great post surgery care

Review titled Shocking experience
by Leanne - Posted on 29 March 2024
I rang this morning at 8:10, and chose the option where they ring back when you’re first in queue. Which they did at 8:48am. I explained what was wrong, they asked questions. One being am I struggling to carry out tasks, I explained I would be if I didn’t have to be up for the kids, which she then put I was struggling to carry out some tasks. My partner had to come home from work at 9:30am as I was struggling and I’ve then spent the majority of the day laid on the sofa or in bed. She’d said the wait for a phone call back from a dr would be about 6 hours. I rang again at 16:41 to see if I was still on the list for a phonecall. The call lasted 4 minutes. The man explained he could see that a dr had looked at my notes but had not attempt to ring me yet and he couldn’t say a time. Finally at 21:55pm I get a call. To which it last 48 seconds!!! And upon me answering the first question was “do you still need our help tonight”… not asking anything about the issues I was having. I explained I’m not in excruciating pain now but it does keep coming and going. They straight said “well do you want to ring back in the morning and see how you get on” I explained “I mean I can but the pain does keep coming and going” to which I got told to “wait and see how I get on and if needed to ring back in the morning” or that “there was always a+e”. What kind of service is that…? I explained to the lady this morning that I wasn’t well last week, it went and come back the day prior to the call and I’d struggled to sleep the night prior and how I’d also seen a GP back in December and been given medication for the problem, but as it’s bank hol couldn’t see my dr. She also instructed me to not take ibuprofen till I spoke to a dr. So what am I supposed to do now? My partner has to work tomorrow, I’ve got children to look after and I’ve had 0 help. It’s also a Saturday and the day before Easter. I just find it absolutely shocking. I’d waited 13 hours for a phonecall back and got no help. Shocking service.
