    i was seen by Dr L****, he was very pleasant and talked me through what the procedure and help to ease my nerves as he sensed my anxiety. He also kept talking to me and asking questions through the procedure which was a good distraction. Dr L*** was assisted by Health Care Assistant R***, who was also very helpful and kind and also helped to put me at ease.

    I’d waited 3 years for my dermatology referral, to be moved to a private clinic funded by the NHS. The dermatologist I saw had no sympathy for me at all, was not polite and gave me little information on the medications she’d prescribed me. I had so much I wanted to discuss as I’d waited so long for the appointment but felt rushed out, and now will have to speak to my GP about a referral elsewhere.

  3. Review titled Bad booking system

    I was referred at the end of May and booked for an appointment on 11th august. 3 days before the appointment i received a text that my appointment has moved to November 3rd. This was because of overbooking. Now i have to wait an additional 3 months before being seen as all appointments that were still available in september/october and now fully booked
