    I never received any help from this GP ! I am waiting for my blood test for allergy over 6 months and they told me that they are not able to help me !!! Now I am having problems with my blood and they still don’t want to help me because they are too busy !!!!! I do not recommend this GP at any point. Pick any other GP if you care about your own health!

    I filled in a Dr Link form at just after 8, had a response and an appointment within an hour. The GP I saw was lovely. I needed a referral, this was done within an hour of my seeing the Gp, the secretary called me to tell me it was done. The hospital called the same day with an appointment. Fantastic service, can’t fault it.

    This month i had a blood test, after that i received a message that i need to make another blood test before seeing the doctor. I have call delapre medical centre and receptionist said that i need to see the doctor again and he will make another booking for test. However, i had this conversation on the 14.10.22 and they booked me in to see the doctor on the 01.11.22. Today is 31.10.22 , I received another message where they are saying to call them again. I called the gp, they canceled my appointment with the doctor and said that I need to have a blood test again . I told them, that 2 weeks ago they told me different thing. They started to scream, and booked for another blood test on the 14.11.22. It is disgusting when such people are working there and they are not doing their job properly. I have seriously health issues and the results are bad, and I have lost 1 month just because they do not know how to book someone for blood test. Very dissapointed.

    Calling the reception on phone is always a nightmare. After long waits averaging 45 minutes at least, one gets the unpleasant experience of speaking with a receptionist who would try to be as unhelpful and uncooperative as possible. I thought it was an "off-day" matter when it happened the first time. I've since confirmed it's embedded practice.
