   I have just got off the phone , after trying to speak to my Mothers mental health case worker . A rude woman answered and asked for my Mothers date of birth , and name before telling me that I was phoning the wrong person for advice , and to try contacting another mental health team . I only spoke to my Mothers case worker last week , who has had permission from my Mother to let me know her mental health history , so that I can help , and support her . The person on the phone put an immediate barrier up , and would not share any information , or advice to help me . I feel very upset , and frustrated with the service supposed to be a crisis mental health point , to help individuals , and their families cope with mental health struggles , at times of crisis .
