On the 17th January 2024 I called 111 as my mother was in distress due to her terminal cancer symptoms. The paramedics that responded were professional, compassionate and helpful. A very difficult experience was mad easier by their intervention. Thank you.

The paramedics who came to attend to me yesterday were amazing. Kind, caring, reassuring and very professional.
