I came here to thank a specific GP at the surgery but understand this platform is more for commenting on the surgery as a whole. Nonetheless, my experience at this surgery with this GP is worth noting. I just wanted to say how grateful I was that this GP was running late with their appointments. Some may see running late as a negative thing but it really wasn't. When it came to our turn, myself and my 6 week old baby, the GP spent so much time really caring & being extremely attentive & thorough. It really felt like we mattered. My pregnancy & birth were a bit traumatic but the empathy and detailed check up this GP gave us both was incredible. I am very aware others may have lost their patience waiting for this GP, but they were worth their weight in gold and definitely worth waiting for. To receive this quality of care and devotion of time to us as patients was so special. It was just what we needed after everything we have been through. I am so very grateful and would recommend this GP in a heartbeat.

Called in with an issue after having surgery, a test was suggested idid the test and after 48 hours I had the result -what a service 10/10 Excellent

The receptionist who was working at 9am on Friday 8th September was extremely pleasent and helpful. She is an asset to Courtside Surgery.

I have recently visited the surgery a number of times and when I’ve needed an appointment one has been found for me. The two nurse practitioners are both friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor took the time to listen to me and I felt cared for and not rushed. Special thanks go to the receptionist who was working on Thursday afternoon. Who came away from the desk to check on me and it was very much appreciated. Thank you all for helping me when I was feeling poorly.

Many people complain about the service from their doctors but I have to say the staff at courtside provide a great service. When I was confused about my repeat prescription the admin staff were kind and helpful. The nurses are caring and thorougher. The econsult process works really well in getting a response and managing the doctors time. Thank you to all in the practice.

My pharmacist had been unable to obtain a prescription drug and I came in to ask if my GP could suggest an alternative. Without any prompting the receptionist went away to source the drug from another pharmacy, which uses a different supplier. Very helpful indeed at a stressful time for me and, I suspect, for the Surgery, too.

Feeling unwell for a while I came to see one of the fabulous GP team. She was so thorough, looking into every potential cause of the issue that I have. I feel reassured that if there is something which needs treatment, it will come to light. I have always found the staff at this surgery extremely welcoming and helpful, and I am sure they do everything possible to serve their patients. A very impressive organisation.

Been waiting a year and half for minor surgery only to be taken off the list and been told I have to have another appointment with the Gp No communication from GP end , I have been calling asking for my appointment , only to be fobbed off, very distressed with being informed I have been taken off the list for no good reason Also when I was initially referred I was told it would be done in two weeks - this was back in November 2022
