I have friends up and down the country who have bad things to say about their own drs practice. I constantly tell them I cannot relate. This GP surgery is accessible, kind and understanding. I am yet to encounter any issues and have been registered at the practice for approximately 6 years. I have never struggled to get an appointment. Follow ups are booked upon request. I can honestly say the staff at this surgery have patient care at the forefront of their mind and will do their upmost to help anybody. Fantastic service.

I needed urgent medical care while visiting my parents in Leicestershire. I contacted the practice by email and the staff must be commended for responding quickly and appropriately. I saw a GP and received treatment in a timely response. I’m very grateful.
