I had a procedure to remove a skin lesion and I was petrified as extremely needle phobic, the staff including the consultant and especially the 2 staff that looked after me during the procedure were kind, caring and re assured me from start to finish. From my initial appointment I was operated on with in 3 days, lucky for me this is my first experience of our nhs and I can not thank Colchester dermatology staff enough. Once again thankyou for your kind caring professional service.

Just want to give a shout out to dermatology, from my pre assessment to my operation, firstly the staff all so lovely, including the receptionist. The consultant and nurses, explained everything to me as the operation went along. Could not fault anything. Thank you.
