I have never been so stressed in my life before, i need to get my iud coil checked and i have been calling the clinic for a week now untill the line drops no one has picked up the phone no one !! Also if you go to the clinic they say we dont take walkin you have to call and make appointment. When you mention you do but no one answers they dont even bother looking at you and say well tough. I have never seen an awful service in my entire lifetime. !

I have been wanting advice on my irregular periods and also long term contraceptive/birth control methods for a month now. I have been unsuccessful after trying to get an appointment via telephone for multiple weeks (because for some reason you can only book an appointment on Mondays at 10am - even though it says different on the website) and not even being put on hold but just hung up on. I decided to go to the centre because the Integrated Sexual Health Clinic Coventry website states that it offers a drop in from Monday - Friday from 8am. After asking to be seen (it was so early no one else was on the floor) the lady turned me away and told me to call on Monday at 10am. If I can't book an appointment via telephone because of the lack of responsiveness - not even a call back - and also being refused during drop in hours, then how am I meant to be seen at all?
