    My 2 year old child was 3 days with fever and I decide to see a consultant. I put a request on the app and 24 hrs later I received a text saying “ we are sorry but you are not longer registered at the practice “. I call them to find out how this is possible and instead to apologise there was a mistake in deleting him from the system they asked me to go to the practice to register again providing all the documents. The receptionist said was her colleague dealing with this and she can’t help me with an answer. I was speechless and disappointed and I would like this incident to be reviewed

    As usual you can never get a face to face appointment, only telephone consultation I telephoned them today 12 August 2022 and waited for someone to answer the phone for the last 2 hours 30 mins I don't know what they are doing but it certainly is not helping the patients, get new staff in who have the ability to answer the phones.
