From being referred for cataract surgery I found CHEC to be professional and efficient. All the staff were caring and I felt informed throughout the pathway. I am grateful to CHEC for the improvement in my eye sight. Thank you

The tests before the operation as well as the operation itself where a pleasant experience with the staff being very efficient and professional. I would recommend this clinic to anybody else in my situation. However, there is one thing which I think needs improving. I was sent home with 5 mL of Maxitrol to use on my eyes for the next four weeks. But with two more weeks to go, I have now run out and have to go back to Watford from Amersham at some inconvenience and expense. Am I the only patient who runs out of drops? Or could one be sent home with some two bottles of eyedrops? I would be grateful to hear your response. It is a pity because this rather spoils the pleasant experience I had up till now.

Thank you for your feedback relating to the eyedrops, one bottle provides enough solution to last the full course, however we are aware on occasions patients may run out earlier for several different reasons, in which case we will provide an additional supply on request. I have just had Bi Lateral cataracts removed, and im so pleased with everything. The clinic is clean and the staff are really helpful. I was only going to have 1 eye done at a time, but im a very anxious person so i opted to have them both done together. Im just so glad i can see properly again. Thank you so much

Four years of amazing care, courtesy, patience,understanding and such good nature. Receptionists are really amazing. Diagnostic eye testing is unbelievably good. Doctors are so good and very reassuring. Thank goodness for the CHEC in Watford-Atria.

My experience at CHEC was great after initial appointment being re arranged. I could not have praised the staff in the clinic enough. They were so delightful. I do not have complaints at all. I cannot wait for the second eye done. I'm looking forward to getting it done and going on my holidays.

Clinic staff were very friendly and have always booked me in for any appointments in a very timely manner and always managed to work around me. My first eye surgery has gone very well and i can't wait to get my second eye done.

I went there with my grandma,she was having cataract surgery,and was really distressed that day,but once we got there she was much better! Staff really helpful,they explained us very well step by step what is going to happen and she felt much better! They looked after her with care and love. Thank you staff for making that stressful day much better! I would definitely recommend that place! It’s a surgery practice but kind of like home
