The receptionist was friendly and helpful and once I was in the operating room the staff put me immediately at ease. My minor op. and the post op. aftercare that I needed to do was fully explained to me. All in all the entire experience was made as pleasant as possible by the staff at CHEC.

I was initially extremely nervous about the cataract surgery, but when I got there the surgeon and staff were so reassuring, kind and understood me well. It's amazing that since childhood I was short sighted, but now I can see. I am amazed and grateful to all the staff, they were all wonderful.

When I have been to the CHEC clinic at Stoke, everything has always been fine and prompt and on time. I have had no problems at all on my visits there.

I had never been to the clinic before so was a little wary, but the staff were all very friendly, gave good service and I was surprised how efficient it all was.

I found the service at CHEC to be really good, I had no problems with my eye since my surgery and I found the staff to be really friendly and always there to help me. I would really recommend this service to those needing cataract surgery.

I had a fantastic experience with CHEC. The clinic staff kept me well informed and reassured me throughout the process. My surgeon was excellent and I am really happy with my cataract surgery. I am looking forward to having my second eye done at CHEC. I previously worked as a diabetic nurse and have to say how excellent the nurse staff were at CHEC stoke, they exceeded my expectations!
