Struggle to find words to describe how impressed I have been with these very caring and very professional people. Each and every one I met had a great manner about them and didn't seem to be under the pressure which sadly we see all to often now within the NHS, I attribute this to a good system and organisation. To make it even better both cataracts been done really have transformed life's quality. Thank you to all but looking for a negative then please get the intercom fixed.

CHEC is a very friendly service and staff very welcoming. Appointments are fairly on time, appointment bookings can sometimes be difficult to get through, but they do always call back. CHEC has experienced consultants who are very helpful and provide good care and prescriptions if needed.

although the procedure for the op is on the 20th Nov found all the staff very welcoming and even the receptionist it has put your mind at ease with everything explained in detail

Staff were professional, place was clean, cannot fault it any way, the surgery was very good, a bit nervous but it was fine.

First floor location. Only access for wheelchair user is a lift. Out of order. We should have been informed prior to arriving for the appt. Drove 2 and 1/2hours for 91 yr old father in law's appt. Considering elderly and infirm are majority of patients this oversight is scandalous. Other elderly patients also had to climb the3 levels of stairs. Not good enough.

Staff were professional, the place was clean and the surgery was great. It was so easy and it was so well explained by all the of the staff, I was not scared.

Jokes all around, brilliant experience, can not believe I did not have to pay for this! Time is absolutely fantastic, went on Monday to see opticians, same day 4pm I was contacted to book appt. Surgery followed few days later.
