Very helpful and friendly staff. Place is always clean and efficient. An excellent service, staff are very attentive and kept me informed about what was happening.

Very helpful, clean, friendly and efficient. Excellent service, staff very attentive couldn't fault. All very friendly and helpful, kept informed about what was happening. Office staff always helpful.

CHEC waiting times are small compared to other similar companies. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The clinic has a very clean environment and never packed, my appointments are normally on time, never had to wait more that 10 minutes.

Everyone was nice and polite and the clinic was nice and clean. I would recommend the service more highly if the clinic was closer because I have to take two buses to get there.

Arrived on time, no waiting, straight in. I cannot give you less than 12 out of ten! However, one caveat, as a non-driver I had to rely on the expensive taxi service to the fairly remote place in the town.

Had both cataracts removed and YAG all within 6 months - my vision is so much brighter. Felt safe within the clinic with the COVID restrictions in place. The medical team answered all my questions and I felt reassured at every step. All staff were helpful and friendly.

I attended an appointment for laser treatment. The running of the clinic is very professional and efficient, and the staff are lovely. I went in, was seen, back out, no problems
