I had Cataracts moved from both eyes. And what a difference it is unbelievable. I found the surgeon and all the staff very professional. Also very very pleasant.and helpful and just like to say thank you I am so grateful

Wonderful experience, I was very happy with the service provided and now, after cataract surgery, I am confident in being myself again. Hospital was clean, staff were wonderful, polite and very caring. Staff reassured me when needed, nothing to complain.

From my first initial appointment at the clinic until my surgery I've had amazing service every one was kind and caring. The surgeon was very efficient. I'm so happy now I've had my surgery. Thank you to everyone at New Cross.

Very smooth and efficient service. All of the staff were amazing. The waiting times were good and i had no issues. No long waiting period for appointments either. I would highly recommend CHEC New Cross.

The New Cross clinic really is so amazing. From my first appointment with them to my surgery. On the day of my surgery I was only there for an hour. It was much quicker than the waiting time in the hospital had my first eye done. The staff and everyone I spoke to were friendly. Thank you New Cross.

Lovely friendly staff at New Cross. Excellent treatment in theatre and excellent discharge advice. Really fast waiting times. better than bigger NHS hospitals. Would definitely recommend CHEC New Cross.

Like a baby coming into this world , i can blink and see. I can see the roses, the colours are luminous, following on from my previous cataract operation. I am happy with the results so far. This is my second experience. Previously i would have not entertained it. It was a very quick procedure, probably less than 5 minutes. The dentist is worse. The facilities at CHEC New Cross are fantastic. The staff are lovely and happy and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. Of course, I would recommend the clinic. It is a centre of excellence. I can see now, I went for a walk and it was fantastic.

So good service here! My surgery went very well and in little discomfort and pain! Staff and surgeon were very professional and efficient. Whole environment is neat and clean! Was explained everything clearly before and after surgery
