    Very efficient service from very personable staff Seen within minutes of appointment time No Queues Thorough examination and clear explanation of situation

    Had occasion to go in and ask for a defibrillator while on the phone to the emergency services. A member of staff went to get it while I was asked by the 999 operator to go back to the patient just outside so I asked and was told someone would bring the defibrillator out. Luckily it wasn’t needed because it never arrived. As members of the healthcare profession you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves. Thankfully the Metrocentre staff where much more professional.

    The care and attention from the team carrying out my endoscopy today was exceptional from arriving to my departure. The lead nurse was outstanding both from the phone call I received beforehand to her empathy and kindness on the day. Thank you everyone, you do a brilliant job.
