I have been very happy with my treatment. The staff are very professional and efficient, there was no drama at all and I was given very clear instructions for my aftercare.

The staff are fabulous from the moment you arrive in clinic to the procedure and aftercare. I felt very and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very impressed with the doctor and the staff in the clinic. Surgery went well. Wanted to tell them that I appreciate all they have done. Happy with the service, not had to wait too long when called with queries post cataract. Would definitely recommend.

I have always found it's very quick to get in to see someone at the clinic from time of arrival there. I have always found everyone at the clinic really friendly. Happy to recommend CHEC.

Very efficient. The staff were so friendly! I couldn't of asked for better service and a better outcome. Fantastic clinic. Amazing! Its just a miracle! So pleased with the result can't wait for the second eye to be done.

Didn't have to wait when I arrived. Very speedy appointments. Everything explained to me. Sense of humour from the doctor. Brilliant care, brilliant bedside manner. Very friendly and very helpful.

I had a telephone appointment about my referral for laser treatment with a doctor. I later received a letter asking me to make an appointment which I did. I assumed this was for treatment. I have just received a telephone call 3/4 of an hour prior to my appointment telling me it’s for a telephone consultation with a doctor which by the way hasn’t materialised. What should I do next. Ps the phone number on the letter and on your website doesn’t work.
