  1. Review titled Waste of time

The whole experience was a waste of time. I was told to use Silvercloud which is terrible and I can only imagine it works if you don't really any issues. No further help was offered beyond this and i was then removed from the service.

  2. Review titled Use caution and document everything

Rated 1 star out of 5

This practice needs a CQC review to hopefully improve in attitude and learn from mistakes. Use caution, be open minded to many errors, dishonesty and mild discriminatory actions. On a plus side, the staff nurse in the centre is a credit to the NHS. Very welcoming, reassuring and understanding to mental health illnesses and neurodevelopmental disorders. She is brilliant and deserves to be in a much more stable and supportive practice. Double check notes, record everything and be honest.
