    Visit to ask for help with my Morton's Neuroma. Offered paracetamol for the pain. Inserts given were the wrong size and do not fit my shoes or boots. Wasted time. No call back from management to sort issues despite saying they would. Lack of concern was palpable.

    Have been ring this the number given for Cantley Heath centre on the web page 01302 379555 phone number for over a week and get no answer and yet they are open why

    Having attended the ulcer clinic weekly for just over three months I have been delighted with the standard of care which has resulted in a resolution of my problem. All of the clinicians have shown the utmost care and professionalism and I am extremely grateful. Thank you everyone.

    The Doctor who attended to me was very helpful and went to great lengths to point out what the cause of my problem was. He even used the internet to explain things to me in plain language that I could understand. His advice for improving my problem was very helpful.

    Absolutely shocking have been diagnosed with a serious illness but only ever had 1 appointment face to face as they always cancel them absolutely disgusting it’s got to the stage I can’t even be bothered anymore

    Attended for first time and was so pleased with the excellent, professional and competent service, through from the receptionist to the nurse and admin staff. The expertise and skill of the nurse who treated my wound was so calming and reassuring. It gave me and my wife confidence that the problem can be sorted which we didnt have previously. Thank you so much.

    I visited today for a wound care appointment. U had to say 'wound care' 3 times for the receptionist to understand me. Polite enough but he thrn said 'oh you mean tval'. Patients arent gonna remember the clinical name and its a little degrading to be met with a correction. The receptionists need to be made aware of what each service is actually for. While waiting, an elder gentlman came in to check in for his counselling appointment. The receptionist made him say 'counselling' 4 times. There is a taboo around mental health. Even i heard the man say 'counselling'. It seems that either thr screen needs taking down for the reception or a word needs having with the receptionist. I felt sorry for the patient. Please can you look into this. Your contact number on the nhs service is incorrect also.
