Trying for a week to get an appointment 109 ring backs and didn't even get through it's the same everytime. Online is useless as well Total let down

I've called 3 times wk 19th Feb for an appointment everytime to be told no appointments available call back at 8am next day. Visited surgery on Saturday 24th Feb to collect a letter from reception 4 people in waiting room. I asked if I could be seeing by a doctor why I was there to be told no have to call Monday. Monday 26th Feb called from 8am kept getting line busy didn't even get in a queue until 9.30 then waited 45 minutes to get to number 4 and then got cut off. Still trying to get through and book appointment. Since the surgeries had linked together they are terrible
