   I am writing this review solely because I have experienced “continued” poor practise at Brookside Surgery, not isolated events. For example today; my hearing specialist hearing notes which I hand delivered and stated there was a level of urgency cannot be found. I was told they could not be located, when I asked if they were lost, the response was they were unable to locate them? If I can’t locate something I’ve lost it. I hand delivered the notes, early morning on a Thursday, I was informed they would take two days to read and I would be contacted.on the following monday. When I didn’t receive a call, at 17.00 I called the surgery, it was then I discovered my notes were unlocatable and it had only been one day since delivery, not in my school days it wasn’t. As I mentioned not an isolated incident
