   Attended drop in phlebotomy clinic today. Despite large number of people waiting to be seen I was seen relatively quickly (within 30 minutes) staff were friendly, polite and highly skilled (I have poor veins, the practitioner found a vein first attempt was very gentle, and it was painless and bled very little despite me being on anticoagulants). I was very impressed with this clinic and the staff who run it.
