    I do not believe it is confidential enough. There is a curtain separating you from the next person and they can hear you confidential information. I was asked what medication I was on and because the physio had not heard of some of them he decided to research and realised what some of them were. He asked me if I had a particular illness and said it quite loudly so the other cubicle was able to hear. I never said anything but I was quite taken back and annoyed.. Won't be going back..

    This is the first time I have used the health centre, I’m wanting to cancel an appointment so someone else can benefit from it, I’ve rung 14 times and no answer or any kind or answer phone service, not very impressed at the moment.
