    I came to the clinic this morning with an issue to my elbow. After 4 hours of waiting , I am asking how long the wait will be approximately. As people keep turning up and going straight into appointments, coming & going very quickly. The staff can give no approximate indication of how long the wait would be… this is chaos why would you have an emergency treatment centre and let people book in advance and leave other people sitting and waiting for hours. Really bad organisational management and communication around how this system works.
