    I can’t put into words how grateful I am for the entire team at BPAS Leicester. Was treated with so much care and respect by every single lovely member of staff. Everybody was so kind and made such an awful day of me being so poorly so much more bearable. Was very looked after in safe hands. Such an incredible, well ran service that I’m grateful to have had access to. Thank you so much
