   I was referred to physiotherapy after undergoing a decompression operation for my lumbar spine. From the moment I met my physiotherapist she was a great help, listened to my story and worked out exercises to help me get my mobility and confidence restored. She was very encouraging at each visit and made me feel I was winning my battle to get better, fitter and back to walking as I used to. The service was excellent and I consider myself to be very lucky to have had the benefit. Thank you.
