    I arrived at Blyth One2One as shiremoor my local one was closed. I filled in a form circled what I wanted (implant) the lovely receptionist told me to go weigh myself at the machine which was great as I gave birth 4 weeks ago and wanted to see my weight, within 10 minutes I was called through and greeted by the nurse who was amazing 5⭐️ she was so friendly, really knowledgeable and just made me at ease straight away. I think I will always choose Blyth to attend now instead of Shiremoor. Such a positive experience couldn’t recommend highly enough.

    I am furious, went for an appointment this morning that’s been booked for 2 weeks. As I sat and waited 10 minutes I was told the doctor wasn’t available. Unable to then rebook an appointment that fits in with my work/life schedule. Already went through the stress of driving nearly 30 minutes to the practice and having nowhere to park to be told my appointment was cancelled. Absolute joke and staff have no empathy. Would rather self diagnose myself, it would be more helpful.

    Staff are rude and bad mannered and refuse to help or give me an appointment I would never ever come here again they never help they just make excuses that you can’t be seen
