  1. Review titled Suggestion for phone calls

I don’t have a problem with the care provided by Bingham Health Centre, but rather a suggestion about about phone calls. I was meant to take the results of my mother’s most recent health assessment by phone. I couldn’t get to the phone when it rang, but didn’t know what it was exactly because the identity of the caller is marked as ‘unknown’. Whoever called just called once on the landline and then on my mobile. Unless you leave a number, isn’t it sensible for that person to phone back or at least try a couple of times to reach the person by phone? Basically, I think you should leave a number or call back. People can’t always pick up the phone when you want them to. So, when I got a text message later to contact the health Centre, and I called the number, I was told off for not answering the phone on the first occasion. It’s no big deal, but it would make more sense procedurally for the person calling to either leave their number or call back.
