I wanted to talk to one of the reception staff about how to request a prescription online. Because, I don't know how to do it. I normally go in person to the Beeston Hill Medical Centre. To hand in a paper filled in prescription request. But The Reception Staff told me that I won't be able to do that anymore. They said in future! I would have do my prescription requests online. Well I already tried to do a prescription request online, but It's been about a week and nothing seems to have been processed?

I visited the MSK department today with a knee issue. I was really impressed with the whole experience in particular the gentleman I saw with in the department. Its unfortunate I can't mention his name as he deserves the credit. The practice was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient, I was seen on time, but the guy who dealt with me was the reason for this review. He was knowledgeable, friendly and gave good advice and feedback. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you very much.
