    It is important to acknowledge that there are several dedicated members of staff who provide valuable support. However, my experience over the past seven months has been challenging. I faced significant difficulties and struggled to cope. The team believed that my situation warranted my discharge, as they were unable to provide the necessary support. A care plan was implemented to ensure that I had access to appropriate assistance if I required it. Unfortunately, some staff members have disregarded this plan, which has hindered my progress. When I have sought help, I have been advised to distract myself or utilise the skills I have learned. While I have attempted these strategies, they have not been sufficient to prevent my calls for support. In some instances, I have been told to try and sleep, which is not an effective solution. I have also attempted to refer myself to the NHS Talking Therapist, but I was unsuccessful due to not meeting their criteria for their therapy. Approximately two weeks ago, I contacted the SPA, and they initiated a referral back to the Enhanced team. I received a letter stating that they would not be re-admitting me, as no significant changes have occurred since my discharge. The agreement was that I would have a period of time to reflect on the skills I acquired and implement them in my daily life. I have been diligently working on this, but it is an arduous task. I am deeply disappointed by the mental health services I have received. They express concern for their patients and their desire to provide assistance, but their actions often fall short of their promises. It is disheartening to witness the number of individuals who succumb to mental health challenges and die each day.
