Waiting on the phone is never less than 45 minutes and often up to an hour. "Patchs" has been introduced requiring at least three further responses before leaving a message. When you do there is a 72 hour delaying response. Recently asked to speak to menaces doctor. Three days later a health professional called me instead and then I had a further days wait and was referred to the pharmacist. The latter is very knowledgeable but still is not my doctor. Being passed around does nothing to support confidence in my care and neither does it provide for consistency when having to explain my past care to a different professional each time. Sometimes the advice as a result is inconsistent between them.
