    I was a fan of this surgery before COVID time. There always used to be walking in service and we defiantly used to get an appointment at the same day. Since COVID started it is so difficult to reach to doctors. The surgery has introduced a triage service where we will need to ring in the morning, and you will get chance to say why you would need an appointment. But unfortunately, we often won't get chance to be connected to triage service as it often says there is a big volume of calls, and we won't take any more. If we try to speak to reception, they are not helpful too. I have experienced that the receptionist does not want to listen anything but only say either book an appointment in 2 weeks' time or ring triage service in the next morning. I am so disappointed to see why this surgery is going so downhill in terms of the customer services.

    I would just like to thank all the staff for the help I have received over time and particularly over this trying recent period.I am fortunate in not needing the degree of care that some do.But when I have it has been first class.I would also like to single out the support staff.This is purely because we are naturally very grateful to the clinical professionals.I just wonder-and I hope I am wrong-if others get the appreciation they deserve in their support roles.Many thanks to everyone in the practice.They should all be very proud.
