There is no information for this service. As for Recovery Steps. They hardly ever answer the phone as they haven't got staff. The building is not wheelchair accessible which is disgraceful for a NHS funded service provider it takes 3 people including myself to get the wheelchair into the building as the outside door is not wheelchair friendly. The doors are narrow. I have to squeeze my wheelchair into the corner of the room for my appointment as there is no space in the rooms. The toilet is not disabled accessable. It's an absolute disgrace. Does anyone from the NHS check to see if companies are suitable for the service they are going to provide on behalf of the NHS. It's a demeaning and frustrating experience every time I go to this service
