  1. Review titled Clinic shut then accused of being late

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I had an appointment with the physiotherapist at 8:30 so I arrived at the clinic at 8:25, only to find it shut. It wasn't unlocked until 8:40. The therapist started my appointment by telling me that we only had 20 minutes because I was late. When I told him that was wrong and that I had been waiting outside in the sleet for 15 minutes, and it was the clinic that was late to open, he continuously told me it didn't matter anymore because he had another patient at 9. After insisting that it was not acceptable for me to be falsely held responsible and for my appointment to be affected, he told me that he had actually seen me waiting when he arrived for work. I was not offered an apology for being late and my appointment being cut short, or for being accused of being late to an appointment I was early for

Arrived at 1015 for a 1020 appointment and was directed to the waiting room. There was Nobody else in the waiting room until about 1050 when a lady and man came in for physio. Nobody came in to say anything as to the clinic running late. At 1105, I informed reception that I was leaving as I had to go to work. I was told I was being rude although the receptionist would not say how I was being rude. Received a letter today stating that as I hadn't attended for the appointment, they have discharged me! Rubbish service!
