  1. Review titled Didn’t even get seen

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Holly - Posted on 03 May 2024

I came into the reception 10 minutes early the lady asked my name I gave it to her she didn’t even sign me in and then 20 minutes later I asked when would I be seen as I’m on lunch break she said what’s your name apparently I wasn’t even signed in then she said that the lady I was meant to meet wasn’t even in!!! Then proceeded to say can I wait another 10-15 minutes Absolute joke I then left as this was shocking I now know NHS wouldn’t ever help!

  2. Review titled Terrible time management

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Holly - Posted on 03 May 2024

I came to my appointment 10 minutes early as it’s my first appointment here I wanted to be early but not to early. And then I checked in to the receptionist I have taken time off work for this appointment thinking they would be punctual (considering it’s my first time and they don’t know what situation I’m in) however that was the complete opposite to what happend I was left over 20 minutes no updates nothing and no help. Yet again this is a reason NHS have such a bad name and people who don’t actually need help get it and people that need it don’t!!

  3. Review titled So bad

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Rachael - Posted on 19 December 2023

After a serious life threatening infection which left me in intensive care I reached out today for a duty worker as I needed to see about an urgent review for my medication increase . I rang 5 times the receptionist kept saying that the duty worker was in an assessment , then they had gone to lunch and then the rest of the day I was told I would be getting a call. I rang for the last time at 4.50pm and was told that they had gone . I need my medication reviewed ASAP and my GP will not do an increase as I am under Arndale House and they control my medication. I know that I will need to see a psychiatrist for this to happen but my care co ordinator has left for Christmas and I’m not seeing her til the 2nd of January and she was meant to book a medication review but this was a few weeks ago and it has not been done. I do not reach out to the service unless I really need support and it is just disappointing.

  4. Review titled This practice is a failure

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 02 August 2023

Failed to help with mental health despite 7 urgent referrals from crisis team, local hospital, paramedics and gp... still left to wait 4 weeks to be seen. Told my case would be discussed at mdt meeting and help will be arranged... 9nly to be discharged back to the gp. Still no help at present and mental health going down hill. Not enough mental health help out there for people suffering!

  5. Review titled Insensitive

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 11 July 2023

I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, same thing different names. I specifically asked for it not to be called EUPD because it was upsetting to be called emotionally unstable every time but she never stopped using EUPD. They also ‘prescribed’ me an antipsychotic that I never received the prescription for and only found out almost a year later because my GP thought I was taking the medication still. I was given conflicting instructions on antidepressants and my 6 week review was a 12 week review.
