What is the point of CMHT if it’s impossible to contact them by phone? I have tried calling all day today (14th March 2024) and the number is not even in service. Is anyone looking into this?

I have tried to phone the team on behalf of a friend with a mental health problem, she is convinced that the team is blocking her. It is not but when I call it the contact number on the internet replies with a message saying the number is incorrect. Surely part of your role is to ensure that you are contactable.

Booked for a telephone appointment from cmht last week. Never even called rang twice to be told he would call back heard nothing. Under care for a few years and never a diagnosis
