   I changed my 6 year old over to this surgery as our doctors was out of jurisdiction for what we needed for. I am still with the old surgery and I got seen within an hour of sending an online message which has always been the case. Whereas with this surgery I have been messed about for 3 days leaving my 6 year old with possible tonsilitis and no one is helping the clinician we got told us there wasn’t any appointments and to phone 111 we did this and got sent back to the surgery and she fobbed him off again. It’s absolutely appalling and I would never reccommend this surgery to anyone I also know I’m not the only person who’s had this kind of experience from this surgery
