   This was once a lovely practice where Dr's nurses and reception team cared sadly times have clearly changed. Being asked private questions publicly over a loud 2 way intercom, repeatedly publicly challenged by the same member of reception staff about masks despite being informed 3 times of exemption then left sat in a stuffy waiting room with closed windows for nearly an hour. clearly hearing conversations/ interrogation other patients private business at the intercom. Animals receive better treatment
