    The Practice and the people in it are excellent. My complaint is the new computerised system. I normally ask for my repeat prescription online with no problem. Now the request for username and password does not prompt my computer to fill it in & I have forgotten them. Using the 'forgotten username' button there is a request for the name of the practice. I filled it in but the reply was that it could not be found. The two buttons for departments and services revealed that the computer did not know of any. I now have to waste someone's time getting my username & password sent before I can order my repeat prescription. Why didn't the new system carry over the old system's prompt to my computer? Beware anything that is new and uses incorrect spelling like 'Klinik' thinking that it is clever. It is not.

    I am 80+ yrs old, not too computer literate, and have found it necessary during the last week to contact Abbey View using the new online Klinik system. I have spoken to a GP about an issue, seen a practice Nurse at Abbey View(within an hour of sending my query), and had a problem with my medication resolved within a couple of hours. From my experiences the system works, so don't knock it, try using it, you may be pleasantly surprised as I was!!
