    The vending machine did not bend my cold drink and I am not allowed to drink hot drinks so I had nothing to drink at all. Water vending should be offered. I was in urgent care waiting room!! Rubbish!

    Thanks for taking the time to submit your feedback and highlight the issues you had in terms of accessing a drink whilst attending the urgent care centre. The urgent care centre is operated by a different Trust which is Northern Care Alliance (NCA) and not Pennine Care, so we are unable to act upon your feedback. I will however share your feedback and suggestions of a water machine with colleagues at Northern Care Alliance.
