I am the husband and carer of a 84year old wife who is completely disabled and suffers from dementia. I was very fortunate some 2 years ago to choose Universal Care Agency as the care agency to Care for my wife. In the last 2 years I have found that the carers exceptional, caring and do a wonderful job. They are all very knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble for them. They are led by a equality caring manager and owner who makes sure that his clients are his first concern and makes sure that his clients and their family are completely happy with the service his carers provide. I consider myself and my Wife very fortunate to be with Universal Care and consider them to be friends as well as wonderful carers.
