Review titled Poor service relating to person with dementia

Thank you for evicting my relative after a complaint raised. My relative now has care from experienced, professional staff who know how to encourage and support someone with personal care and who has dementia. This service should not advertise for dementia patients if they cannot fully support them, in my opinion.
