We used Sussex Homecare for 3 months to care for my mother at home prior to her eventually going into residential care. Her carer C was fantastic. S is friendly, caring, reliable and understands what was needed. S dealt with Mum very kindly and understood her needs, as her dementia was deteriorating. Communication was fantastic via the Birdie app or WhatsApp. I cannot recommend the service highly enough.

The service provided to my late husband and myself has always been extremely good. Carers/staff are always very pleasant, courteous and efficient. Very good company.

Always the same lady, always turns up when meant to, on time. Very very friendly and caring. Offers me help and advice for looking after dad. Go above and beyond in my opinion, I count myself lucky to have S's company and K looking after dad.
