My brother in law was admitted in a crisis and settled well. The care was good and he was assessed over a 6 week period. The assigned social worker kept us informed of decisions and he has now gone into long term care. The centre was clean bright and airy. He was looked after well, the staff I encountered were friendly and willing to discuss his care. My only criticism is the difficulty we encountered when ringing the centre for an update. The phone system leaves a lot to be desired either ringing out with no answer or answered by someone who had no knowledge of the client although a call back was always offered it often took hours before this was actioned. The staff are not responsible for the phone system, management need to improve it. Overall I would recommend the centre we are grateful for the care and kindness received.
