We have been cared for by SD Care for over 2 years and during that time the standard of care has been excellent. We are told of any changes that are being proposed and asked for our comments and suggestions. The knowledge and experience of all the carers is exceptional and communication from the office is timely and well-given. I would thoroughly recommend this provider to anyone seeking help.

I am very amazed at how supportive your company is. W is fantastic and very nice, he is so wonderful to me and my mum. The last day when I was not feeling well, he supported me a lot and we feel like he is one of our family members. Thank you.

The overall quality of the care is of a very high standard. The care is tailored to the individual requirements of the patient. The patient is the most important person and the focus is on that aim. The patient is not expected to do anything they do not want to do. The carers are experienced and good at finding solutions. They are patient, caring and professional. They also take a personal interest in the patient and get to know them and their needs. The general ethos of the company lives up to its mandate: caring with dignity and compassion.

My carers are very helpful. They take care of me, all of them are excellent. Thank you. The management is also very helpful to me, I see one of them every month to check if the carers are ok and they are all good.

We have regular carers that come 4 times a day and all I can say is that they are absolutely fantastic. They always arrive with a smile on their face and are all so kind, caring and compassionate. They make such a difference to both me and my wife's lives. Our heartfelt thanks go out to them all.

A very caring provider. She remembers the needs and habits of the client and serves accordingly. The order of work is smooth and efficient but never compromises on quality. She concentrates at work even when the client is doing a boring exercise or duty, pays attention to the client and takes care of safety.

They provide a good service, from personal care, meal preparation, medications etc. I get good service from my carers when it comes to making breakfast, personal care and showering. I have to take my medications on time which A helps me with.

SD Care at short notice were able to offer overnight care for my terminally ill partner. The two carers they supplied were kind, diligent and caring and made my partner very comfortable in his last days. Thank you.
