   New horizons have been providing care for my father for months now. They are a massive improvement on his previous carers . They are reliable and turn up everyday at the correct time. ( the old company arrived to get him up late morning/ lunch time even though they were supposed to go at 8 am) The staff have all been friendly , polite and caring. They will contact me if they have any concerns over my father and his well being. They are adaptable and tailor the care to meet my father’s needs and fit with his routines. When my father was in hospital the manager would phone me to ask how he was doing and pass on her best wishes. She would also liaise with the hospital to ensure care was ready for him when he got home. They definitely get 5 stars from me!
