The Litania team have been absolutely wonderful and I can only try to do them justice in this review. Their level of care and compassion (not only for the end of life patient, but for the whole family) was outstanding. Every member of the team was fully educated and practised at the latest clinical techniques to make our loved one's passing as comfortable as it could be. The team showed incredible diligence in providing exemplary care with true compassion. Without exception, they went above and beyond - checking on our loved one and the family in their own time if they had concerns. The whole family are so appreciative of the care we witnessed and received from the team and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did. We cannot recommend Litania highly enough. Thank you.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Litania Professional Healthcare. In 15 years of managing dads care, experiencing multiple care agencies we have never come across such exceptional person centric care and great leader. The owner/manager is a very experienced nurse and leader has personally been every day for the first week induct her team and set very high standards and expectations for everything. The team picked up the very large care package with only 2 hours notice! Mum has very complex care needs following a stroke. The team are exceptional in communication, support, standards and empathy, we couldn’t ask for better. The team listen to mum and treat mum with respect. The manager has helped personally eased through many challenges with mums health & given up so much of her personal time to make sure mum has been getting the initial support needed (incl. illness, district nursing, doctors, rig challenges). Unlike any other agency we’ve ever seen they put the patient first and ensure their safety and comfort as a priority which is a great comfort to mum, my brother and I. The team even continue to visit mum during her hospitalisation stay to check and see if there is anything they can do to support.

I can’t recommend The Litania team enough! They cared for our dear Mum with such warmth, respect and professionalism at all times. They all made a very sad, emotional time for us an awful lot easier. Thank you all so very much for being there for us all.

My mom is disabled she is blind but Litania health care from the owner they are kind and do their job diligently .The staff is so patient and being a carer as well I realised the values that Litania instilled in their staff is top notch They are friendly and they do their job in a personal centred way ,my mom is also diabetic but they are always on time and even if they were scheduled to leave at a certain time they say till the needs of my mom are met I will recommend Litania health care because they offer duty of care in a personal centred way I now live far from my mom but I am confident that my mom is in great hands To the owner I just want to thank you and the staff for the kind and professional way of providing care to my mom
